At Gloucestershire County Council we are reviewing our Telecare services with a view to develop a Technology Enabled Care (TEC) Service that uses technology to reduce loneliness, isolation and supports the mental health and wellbeing of people and carers across the County.
This is a soft market testing exercise and not a call for competition. The Council has no pre-determined approach concerning any future procurement but are interested to see what response there is from the market in providing a fully managed service.
