Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. The purpose of the contract is to provide support, assistance and technical/scientific expertise and guidance to the European Commission and the EU Member States’ competent authorities for the implementation of Regulation (EU) No 511/2014 on compliance measures for users from the Nagoya Protocol on Access to Genetic Resources and the Fair and Equitable Sharing of Benefits Arising from their Utilization in the Union (the EU ABS Regulation).
